These Terms govern your use of OpenVideoMaker, including AI image generation, AI video generation, asset storage, credits, subscriptions, and related account features.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use OpenVideoMaker. By using the service, you represent that you can legally agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for your account, prompts, reference materials, uploaded or linked media, and any assets you choose to create, download, share, or make public. You may not use OpenVideoMaker to create illegal content, infringe third-party rights, abuse the service, bypass payment or credit systems, or interfere with platform operations.
You retain ownership of content you upload and, subject to these Terms, the outputs generated for your account. Free plan users may use generated output for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Paid plan users may use generated output for commercial purposes, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and provider terms. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions, releases, or licenses needed for your intended use.
By submitting prompts, files, reference media, or other content to OpenVideoMaker, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, and display that content and the resulting outputs only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service. We will not publicly showcase your private content for marketing or promotional purposes without your permission.
Credits may be granted through purchases, subscriptions, referrals, or promotions. Purchased credits expire 90 days after purchase. Subscription credits are available while the subscription is active or scheduled to end at the close of the current billing period. Credits are consumed when a generation request is accepted by the connected provider.
Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Credits already used for submitted or completed requests are generally non-refundable. We may update pricing, plan benefits, or credit consumption rules from time to time, and those changes apply prospectively unless stated otherwise.
AI results vary by model, prompt, input quality, provider availability, and safety systems. OpenVideoMaker does not guarantee that a prompt will produce a specific result, that output will be uninterrupted, or that output will be suitable for every commercial use. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or similar to content generated for other users. We do not guarantee that any output is copyrightable, trademark-cleared, or free of third-party claims. Commercial use depends on your plan, provider terms, and applicable law, and you should review outputs before publishing, distributing, or selling them.
Generation requests may be queued, delayed, rejected, or fail because of provider limitations, moderation checks, unsupported inputs, or technical issues. If a request fails because of a technical error after credits were charged, we may restore credits or allow a retry at our discretion. We do not restore credits for requests rejected because they violate these Terms or provider rules.
OpenVideoMaker may rely on third-party AI models, infrastructure, storage, analytics, moderation, and payment providers. Changes or interruptions from those providers may affect availability, speed, quality, features, or pricing, and we are not responsible for third-party service changes outside our reasonable control.
Payments, subscriptions, invoices, and one-time purchases may be processed by Creem or another payment provider. We may store provider identifiers and transaction records to manage billing, credits, support, and webhook processing.
You may cancel a subscription at any time, and cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Because OpenVideoMaker provides digital services and immediately consumable credits, subscription fees, one-time purchases, and used credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If your account is suspended or terminated for violating these Terms, you are not entitled to refunds for unused subscription time, unused credits, or completed purchases except where required by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create operational risk, misuse the service, or expose OpenVideoMaker or other users to legal or security harm.
Acceptable Use Policy
OpenVideoMaker does not allow the generation of prohibited content. By using the service, you agree not to request, generate, upload, or distribute content that violates this Acceptable Use Policy.
Prohibited Content
- NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, or sexually suggestive content.
- Sexual exploitation content, including any exploitative, coercive, or abusive sexual material.
- Content involving minors in sexualized, exploitative, or otherwise illegal contexts.
- Deepfakes, impersonation, face swaps, or other identity-deceptive content involving real people without authorization or consent.
- Illegal content, including fraud, scams, threats, harassment, violence facilitation, or instructions for criminal activity.
- Content that infringes third-party rights, including privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Enforcement
We may review prompts and related inputs for safety and compliance purposes, including through automated moderation systems and provider-side checks. We may reject prompts, refuse generation requests, remove content, suspend credits or subscriptions, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create legal, payment, trust, or security risk for OpenVideoMaker or others.
