Privacy Policy

OpenVideoMaker collects the information needed to operate the service, including account email, authentication sessions, profile details, subscription records, transaction records, credit logs, referral bindings, generation tasks, and asset URLs.

Generation task data may include prompts, selected models, versions, dimensions, ratios, resolution, duration, frames, public visibility settings, copy protection settings, reference image URLs, reference video URLs, generated asset URLs, and cover URLs. We may also process uploaded files, reference materials, generation parameters, and other user content you provide to request, edit, preview, download, or store AI outputs.

We use this information to provide the product, authenticate users, process payments, grant and deduct credits, show asset history, support referrals, prevent abuse, perform safety and moderation checks, troubleshoot errors, respond to support requests, and improve service reliability.

Payment processing is handled by Creem or another payment provider. We do not directly store full payment card numbers. We may store provider customer, subscription, order, invoice, checkout, and transaction identifiers, billing status, and billing email so billing, credit grants, refunds, support, and webhook idempotency can work correctly.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with infrastructure, authentication, email, storage, analytics, payment, moderation, security, and generation providers when necessary to operate OpenVideoMaker. Those providers may process data only as needed to deliver services to us.

You retain ownership of content you upload and outputs generated for your account, subject to the limited service license described in our Terms of Service. We treat private uploads and private generated outputs as private assets and do not use them to train or fine-tune AI models unless you explicitly opt in or otherwise give consent. We may use aggregated, anonymized, or technical usage data to improve reliability, analytics, safety, and product performance.

We may use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions, security, fraud prevention, preferences, and basic analytics. Depending on your browser settings, disabling cookies may affect parts of the service.

Your information may be processed or stored in countries or regions other than where you live, including where our providers operate. Those locations may have different data protection laws, but we use the data only as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations.

We retain personal information, account data, user content, generated outputs, billing records, and usage logs only for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, prevent fraud, and maintain security.

OpenVideoMaker is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we collected such information without appropriate authorization, we will take steps to delete it.

You may request account deletion or ask privacy questions by contacting support@openvideomaker.com. Some records may be retained when required for billing, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
